What is a Preliminary Engineering Study?
The purpose of a Preliminary Engineering Study is to confirm the need for improvements and determine the most feasible alternatives. The study will develop several possible alternatives and evaluate the impacts on the community and the environment. It will also inform the public on the status and progress of the study through public meetings, newsletters, and small group meetings.
